Creative Director
Scott obtained an AS Degree in Graphic
Design from Northern Essex Community College in 2003 with high honors.
While at NECC, he founded a design company called Arch Creative
Group. The three primary verticals in which he has focused his business
are Advertising, Print Design, and Multimedia.
Scott has over seven years of professional design experience.
He can deliver a project from concept to completion on time and
under budget. He is highly skilled at Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,
InDesign, Flash, Quark Xpress, HTML, PHP, CSS, Windows and Mac OS.
Scott feels equally comfortable with Business Development
and Product Delivery, and he brings many valuable intangibles to
the table. His combination of entrepreneurial savvy, creativity,
and passion for designing is what separates him from the pack.
JOHN
PORCELLY
Senior Graphic Designer
John has been a professional graphic
and web designer for 10 years, working with such notable clients
as Ford, Walmart, Yahoo, Blackberry and the NY Times Company.
John has also been a design instructor, teaching the
Adobe Creative Suite to the advanced level. John brings to the table
a new level of cutting edge, visually exciting design, Flash animation
and social networking/blogging customization.

MERZ
Advertising Director
Nancy has worked for over 25 years in all
aspects of Marketing and Advertising. She brings with us her experience
in, Media Buying, Graphic Design, Radio/TV Advertising, Promotional
Advertising, Budgets, Contracts and Marketing/Advertising Assestments.
She has worked with small and big companies to achieve better advertising
for every customer!
SAREEKA
RAI
Copy Writer
/ Graphic Designer
Sareeka is currently a thesis candidate for the
MFA in Creative Writing program at Lesley University. She has over
three years of experience textbook publishing, working in Marketing
and Editorial departments. She has used her writing skills to undertake
tasks such as writing copy for textbook samplers and writing content
for online activities. Sareeka enjoys illustration (both digital
and traditional) and she is also a freelance Graphic Designer who
has done projects for clients like the Wellness Division of the
Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
